Brand new 2014

Went back hometown on Fri night and back on Sun night, that's our routine every week. Saturday was a hectic day, as Ms. Teo (big) having 3 curriculum activities - Ballet, arithmetic class and piano. Sending and fetching her are my jobs. But i went to salon and once-in-a-while facial wash in between. We went to BP mall at night with FIL,buying new cny clothes for him,(our routine every year).

Sunday was another busy day for me. After sending Ms. Teo (big) for tuition, i transform myself into typical "yellow face aunty", heading to wet market for some fresh veges for our weekly kl meals. MIL will prepare fish and some dish for us to bring too. Why i don't wanna buy veges and fish in kl? yup, their veges and fish are not so fresh, and the price are always much much cheaper to buy in hometown, so why not? although it takes some effort to bring but we already do the same task for almost every week for the past one year.
My breakfast this morning, brought from hometown. It is Malay style porridge, left is the side dish for the porridge (salted egg, fried cai po, and fried ikan bilis) right is chicken porridge. MIL brought us to one of the hometown popular Malay restaurant for this chicken porridge few weeks ago. It is highly recommended as it is quite tasty (Next to Iron Side Bistro cafe). Then, the chef maid give a try to make this. The taste is not the same but still acceptable, i guess it is because the side dishes always offer the same old typical salty crunchy effect and it goes very well no matter what, even goes with plain porridge.

CNY this year is slightly earlier than last year, which i don't really fancy it. The best timing of CNY for me is February. Now i'm looking forward for March one-week school holiday, need to plan some local family trip. Yeah!!! Since i am married to Mr. Teo, i'm the organizer for most family trip, partly because i'm more free and pro in doing all the comparison of price, location and survey. Hopefully i can get some good deals for this trip.

Career 2014, I will start my tuition career very soon to kill my free time when kids are not around in the house. Almost get crazy and rusty by staying at home all this while. Money money come and students many many.......hahahahaha.........
