Yesterday i was having "schoo reopen phobia" and i showed my temper again on V. She was playing and jumping after she finished her dinner followed by shower. Mr. Teo too join her to play around. I was so mad and i exploded. I screamed and shouted at her although i knew is not totally her fault. Seeing her sweating all over after shower really pissed me off and i lost my control.
It seems i might need to attend anger management course. I just couldn't hold my temper for kids. So my new year resolution will be less scold and more patience.
